NOTICE OF
FORECLOSURE SALE
WHEREAS, PATRICK T. ROBINSON, by Deed of Trust (the "Deed of Trust") dated May 24, 2012, of record in Record Book 299, Page 554, Register's Office for Warren County, Tennessee, conveyed to RICHARD A. DORRIS, Trustee, the hereinafter described real property to secure the payment of a certain Promissory Note (the "Note") described in the Deed of Trust, which Note was payable to HOMELAND COMMUNITY BANK;
WHEREAS, said RICHARD A. DORRIS, Trustee, is unable to act as Trustee under the Deed of Trust, and I, RYAN J. MOORE have been appointed Substitute Trustee by the owner and holder of the Note by an instrument of record in Record Book 341, Page 504, Register's Office for Warren County, Tennessee;
WHEREAS, default has been made in the payment of the Note; and
WHEREAS, the owner and holder of the Note has demanded that the hereinafter described real property be advertised and sold in satisfaction of indebtedness and costs of foreclosure in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Note and Deed of Trust.
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that I, RYAN J. MOORE, Successor Trustee, pursuant to the power, duty and authority vested in and conferred upon me, by the Deed of Trust, will on June 27 2014, at 10:00 a.m. at the front door of the Warren County Courthouse in McMinnville, Tennessee, offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash, and free from all legal, equitable and statutory rights of redemption, exemptions of homestead, rights by virtue of marriage, and all other exemptions of every kind, all of which have been waived in the Deed of Trust, certain real property located in Warren County, Tennessee, described as follows:
Beginning on an iron stake in the West margin of a County Road, the Northeast corner of this tract and running thence North 85¡45Õ West 302.4 feet to a stake; thence North 87¡50Õ West, 273.5 feet to a stake; thence North 83¡ 23Õ West 355 feet to a stake; thence North 83¡00Õ West, 372 feet to a stake in Westley BryanÕs line; thence South 07¡36Õ West, 902 feet with fence to a stake in the North margin of a County Road; thence South 80¡54Õ East, 647 feet with the North margin of a County Road to an iron stake; thence South 86¡42Õ East, 152 feet with the North margin of a County Road to a stake; thence North 72¡11Õ East, 89.8 feet with the North margin of a County Road to a stake; thence North 52¡19Õ East, 119.3 feet with the North margin of a County Road to a stake; thence North 32¡30Õ East 288.5 feet with the Northwest margin of a County Road to a stake; thence North 31¡30Õ East, 506.5 feet with the Northwest margin of a County Road to a stake; thence North 09¡40Õ East, 123.5 feet with the West margin of the County Road to the beginning. Containing 23.8 acres, more or less.

West 656.71 feet with the North margin of Tic Tac Mill Road to the beginning, and containing 11.52 acres, more or less, as per the survey of Earl W. Smith, Tennessee R.L.S. No. 466, P.O. Box 423, McMinnville, TN 37111, dated July 24, 2010.
Being the same property conveyed to Patrick T. Robinson by deed from Ralph T. Robinson, Jr., and wife, Brenda Ware Robinson, of record in Record Book 299, Page 551, Register's Office for Warren County, Tennessee; and further conveyed by Patrick T. Robinson by Deed of Trust to RICHARD A. DORRIS, Trustee, of record in Record Book 299, Page 554, Register's Office for said County; the said RICHARD A. DORRIS, Trustee, having been replaced by RYAN J. MOORE, Successor Trustee, by instrument of record in Record Book 341, Page 504, Register's Office of Warren County, Tennessee.

Said sale shall be held subject to the following:
1. County property taxes of 2013 are due and payable in the amount of $196.00.
