WHEREAS, David Brent Delong and Sandra Jo Sullivan Delong, by a Deed of Trust dated August 16, 2006, of record in Record Book 167, Page 879, modified at Record Book 234, Page 772, Register's Office, Warren County, Tennessee, conveyed to Thomas Bratcher, Trustee, the hereinafter described real property to secure the payment to Security Federal Savings Bank of a promissory note fully described in said Deed of Trust; and
WHEREAS, the owner and holder of said note has demanded that the property be advertised and sold in satisfaction of said indebtedness, and the costs of the foreclosure, in accordance with the terms and provisions of said note and Deed of Trust; and
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that I, Thomas Bratcher, pursuant to the power, duty and authority vested in and imposed upon me in said Deed of Trust, will on the 15th day of May, 2014, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., Central Time, at the South door of the Courthouse in McMinnville, Tennessee, offer for sale to the highest and best bidders for cash and free from the equity of redemption, homestead, dower and all other exemptions as provided in said Deed of Trust, certain real property, situated in the Ninth Civil District of Warren County, Tennessee, described as follows, to wit:

TRACT NO. 1: Beginning on an iron stake in the east margin of Mountain View Drive, the northwest corner of Lot No. 149 and running thence north 13 deg. 14' east 105.11 feet with the East margin of Mountain View Drive to an iron stake, the southwest corner of Lot No. 151; thence south 79 deg. 21' east 202.78 feet with the south line of Lot No. 151 to an iron stake, the southeast corner of Lot No. 151; thence south 09 deg. 56' west 105.0 feet to an existing iron stake, the northeast corner of Lot No. 149; thence north 79 deg. 21' west 208.94 feet with the north line of Lot No. 149 to the beginning.
