Any time there's a major incident, some awful tragedy, it's easy to grab a megaphone and shout about all the things that could have been done to prevent it. So without further ado, allow me to do just that. The incident I'm referring to involves Kayla Hickey, a 21-year-old Warren County woman who led police in Coffee County on a high-speed chase two weeks ago. The chase is especially noteworthy because it ended in the death of a 66-year-old Tullahoma man who happened to be traveling through an intersection at the wrong time and was hit by Hickey's vehicle.Aside from its horrific ending, this chase is not the least bit unusual.
