When Congressman Scott DesJarlais made a trip Wednesday afternoon to Warren County High School, he gave a few opening remarks. Then he opened the floor for questions.This is standard procedure and really a basic expectation any time an elected official makes a public visit. People in the audience want the opportunity to question their representative if a burning question is weighing on their minds.This holds true in national politics and it's also true in state politics.
