Well I am no coach even though I have dabbled in the Jaycee basketball leagues in Woodbury with some success and again in McMinnville with not quite the success rate as in my previous years coaching.It takes more than one season to build a winning program no matter what level you are playing in. These teams with winning coaches didn’t just wake one morning and decide to play and instantly become winners.
