I appreciate the comments about a previous column where I mentioned layups and free throws. I didn’t think there was much to it, but apparently layups and free throws are things many people deem important.Little did I know, it would be my most talked about column to date, at least as far back as I can remember. I was pretty shocked to say the least and now my hopes are some younger athletes will take it to heart.
