I could write about this or write about that today but frankly we, as Warren County people, know there’s only one thing folks around here care about this week – the Warren County A&L Fair.Like many of you, I will be there each and every day and night this week. This year I will be there either in my role as video journalist or writer/photographer with the Southern Standard or as an Exchange Club member, parking cars at the top of the hill behind the grandstand as a fundraiser for my club.That’s the really cool thing about our local fair. Seeing that it’s one of the few free fairs left anywhere, there’s a lot of volunteer time that goes into the annual exhibition, most of which the average fair-goer never notices.
