McMinnville resident and Warren County native Zelma Louise Rhea Scott, 91, was born Nov. 17, 1923 and died Jan. 9 at Alive Hospice in Nashville following an extended illness. A homemaker, she was the daughter of the late Issac and Frankie Smartt Rhea. She was married to Roy C. Scott, who preceded her in death Dec. 8, 2006.
