McMinnville resident and Warren County native William Spencer “Bill” Lively Jr., 94, was born March 17, 1922 and died June 20 at his residence following an extended illness. Mr. Lively was born inside the Southern School of Photography in McMinnville. He was a pharmacist at Lively-Ferguson Drug Store and was a pharmacist until age 86.
