William Leroy Haggard, 69, of Manchester died Wednesday, June 22, at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville.Mr. Haggard was born Nov. 7, 1941, a native of Manchester. He was the son of the late Woodrow and Hazel Allison Haggard. He was an investigator with the Coffee County Sheriff’s Department.
