William Everett “Bigun” Morgan, 60, a McMinnville resident and Pontiac, Mich., native, was born Oct. 15, 1957 and died Dec. 14 following a two-year illness.
He was a former employee of Yorozu, member of Pioneer Community Church and son of the late William and Juanita Green Morgan. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by son Jonathan Morgan; brother Scott Morgan; and sisters Debbie Lee and Connie Morgan.
Survivors include his companion, Cheryl Whiteaker of McMinnville; son Jake (Brooke Phillips) Morgan of Murphy, N.C.; stepdaughter Jenny (Dirk) Harper of McMinnville; sister Sharon (Bill) Hunter of Baxter; brother Kermitt Morgan of Cookeville; brother-in-law Michael (Cindi) Whiteaker of McMinnville; sister-in-law Sandy Judkins of McMinnville; seven nephews, Dewey Hunter, Jason Hunter, Bobby Morgan, William “Pete” Morgan, Mikey Judkins, Chaz Judkins and C.J. Whiteaker; niece, Tawnia Henley; four great-nieces; and seven great-nephews.
Funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, Dec. 15, at High’s Chapel with Jon Ballard to officiate. Visitation will be 1 p.m. Friday until the time of service at High’s. Online condolences may be made at www.highfuneralhome.com.
