Wayne Price Kell, 77, a McMinnville resident and Van Buren County native died June 6 at his residence following a six-month illness due to a brain tumor. He was a retired employee of Powermatic and Oster Corporation, a United States Navy veteran, a member of the Cumberland Mountain Rifles Camp 386 of the Sons of Confederate Veterans, and the son of the late John and Tera Johnson Kell. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by brothers, Brown and Billy Kell.
