Virginia Lee Evans, 76, a McMinnville resident and Franklin County native, died Nov. 5 at her residence following an illness of two years. She was a retired employee of McMinnville Garment Company and AquaTech, member of the Church of Christ and daughter of the late Coy and Ada Mae Gault Hall. Ms. Evans is survived by three sons, James (Phyllis) Weddington and Greg (Lorrie) Weddington, all of McMinnville, and Lester (Diane) Evans of Van Buren County; one daughter, Brenda (Omar) Delira of McMinnville; friend, James Evans of Van Buren County; eight grandchildren, Brittnie Markum, Matt Markum, Justin Evans, Megan Evans, Jacob Weddington, Kyle Rutledge, Kayla Rutledge and Austin Evans; one great-grandchild, Mattie Evans; three brothers, Billy Wayne Hall and Clyde D. Hall of Franklin County and Frank (Lucille) Hall of Coffee County; and one sister, Clara Luttrell of Coffee County.
