McMinnville resident and Dyersburg native Tommy Mac Ragsdale, M.D., 65, was born Dec. 11, 1950 and died June 9 at his residence following and extended illness.A retired physician with McMinnville Medical Associates and a member of Bridges of Hope Fellowship Church, he was the son of the late Malcolm and Tommye Austin Ragsdale Jr.He was married April 3, 1976 to Judy Young Ragsdale of McMinnville. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters and son-in-law, Kimberly Woods of McMinnville and Mary Beth and Brad Dyer of Lexington; four grandchildren, Hayden Woods and Bella Woods, both of McMinnville, and Braylyn Dyer and Barrett Dyer, both of Lexington; and brother Danny Ragsdale of Cordova. Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at High’s Chapel with Jamie English officiating.
