McMinnville resident and Sedalia, Mo., native Tommy Cutrell, 72, was born July 15, 1945 and died Nov. 10 at his residence following a three-month illness. A retired plant manager for Washington Manufacturing, a retired insurance agent with American General, and a member of Pioneer Community Church, he was the son of the late E.B. and Rebecca Allison Cox Cutrell. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by father-in-law and mother-in-law, James and Rose Hillis Walker.He was married on Sept. 28, 1968 to Nettie Jane Walker Cutrell of McMinnville.
