McMinnville resident and Warren County native Tina Marie Smartt, 52, was born Oct. 19, 1964 and died Nov. 12 at her residence. A homemaker and member of the Pentecostal Church, she was the daughter of Charles and Helen Leverett Anderson of McMinnville. She was married Nov. 1, 1989 to Gregory Ross Smartt of McMinnville.
