Terry Bolin, 59, died March 4 at his home in Manchester, after a short illness.
Mr. Bolin was born July 18, 1955 in Jacksonville, Fla., to T.L and Annette Bolin. He was the oldest of four children and graduated from Coffee County Central High School in 1973 and Motlow in 1975. He worked for 33 years as a run test electrician at Carrier until his retirement in 2005. He had a lifelong passion for books and was a voracious reader and book collector. He will be remembered by family and friends for always having multiple books within arm’s reach.
Mr. Bolin is survived by his son, Jason (Mary) of Hillsboro, two grandchildren, Jacob and Allison, parents, T.L. and Annette of Manchester, brother, Mike (Pam) of Knoxville and sister, Carla, of Tullahoma. He is further survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives. He was preceded in death by brother Patrick.
Per his wish, no funeral service will be held. His family requests in lieu of flowers, donations be made in his honor to the Manchester Public Library, 1005 Hillsboro Blvd, Manchester, TN 37355.
