DeleteEl Paso resident, formerly of McMinnville and Nashville, Teddie “Theo Allen” Harmon, died Sept. 6 in a hospice care facility after a six-year battle with lung cancer.She was the son of the late Ethyl McAfee Allen and James E. Allen.She is survived by sons, Michael S. Harmon, Anthony L. (Sally) Harmon and Harold D. Harmon; two granddaughters and two great-granddaughters, sisters, Helen Allen Barnes, Shirley Allen (Mac) McCartney; brothers, Kenneth (Naomi) Allen and Vernon Allen.Southern Standard (McMinnville, Tenn.)
