Sydney Elizabeth Rogers Beard, 65, of Spencer died Wednesday, June 24 at Baptist Memphis Hospital.Mrs. Beard was born July 10, 1949 in Warren County to Ruth Potter Rogers and the late Willie Joe Rogers. She was a retired teacher and librarian with the Van Buren County School System. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
