Steve Wayne Roach, 56, of Morrison died Saturday, May 19, in Jasper in a car accident.He was born in McMinnville on July 13, 1955, the son of Clarence W. Roach and the late Martha P. (Freeman) Roach.He worked as a truck driver and served in the U.S. Navy as an airman in the Vietnam War era.He is survived by his father Clarence W. Roach of McMinnville; three daughters, Angie M., and husband John Haley of Sparta; Jackie C. Edmonds of Parkville, Md.; Beth A. Roach of Parkville, Md.; three sons Steve W. Roach Jr., of Hadley, Mass.; Brent Roach of Parkville, Md.; Josh Roach, of Parkville, Md.; a sister, Connie S., and husband William Grimes, of Gruetli-Laager; two brothers, Wilburn, and wife Diane Roach of McMinnville; Donald R. Roach and his late wife Samantha of Morrison; six grandchildren, John Ryan Haley, Dezerae Roach, Caidynze Roach, Jaela Edmonds, Kaelin Edmonds, and Nick Edmonds.Steve W. Roach was preceded in death by mother, Martha P. (Freeman) Roach.Funeral service was held Tuesday with Jason Nunley, Ernie Cantrell and Brother Freeman Frothingham officiating.
