Stephanie Dawn Weast, 44, of McMinnville passed from this life Monday, Jan. 7, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville.

Stephanie was born Friday, March 22, 1974 in Muncie, Ind., the daughter of the late Milton Melton and the late Betty Melton. 

Stephanie is survived by husband Lloyd Weast, special children Jaylyn Templeton, and Willow Templeton, four bonus children Tabitha Sanders and husband Wesley, Tia Weast, Kiana Weast, and Eddie Weast, two sisters Sara Templeton and Kym Sain and husband Tony, nephew Thomas Sain, niece Shannon Sain, other family members and friends also survive.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, Jan. 12, at 3 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Smartt with Johnny Newby officiating.
