Sherry Denise Carter Owens, 51, of McMinnville, died Wednesday, Dec. 30 at River Park Hospital in McMinnville.She was born Monday, Jan. 6, 1964 in McMinnville and was the daughter of the late James Taylor and Linda Church Butcher. She is survived by her boyfriend, Jamie Wilson; daughter, Natasha Childers; son, Billy Carter and Tasha; three grandchildren, Jordan Taylor, Jaiden Taylor, and Destiny Carter; two brothers, James Potts and wife Ramona, and James Billy Taylor Jr.; sister, Kim McKnight and husband Jeff; stepfather, Waymon Butcher; brother-in-law, Steve Butcher; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends also survive. In addition to her parents, Sherry was preceded in death by her sister, Lesa Butcher.
