Sara J. Baker, 86, of Washington, Ill., died at 6:58 a.m. Sunday, June 4 surrounded by her family. She was born on Aug. 18, 1930 in McMinnville, the daughter of Will and Josie Thomison. Mrs. Baker was married May 19, 1948 in LaFayette, Ga., to Hoyt Baker, who preceded her in death on Sept. 2, 1996 in Peoria.
