Samuel Franklin McClure, 51, a McMinnville resident and Warren County native, was born Jan. 10, 1968 and passed away Oct. 1 at his residence following an extended illness.

He was employed at Yorozu for 23 years, a member of Covenant Fellowship Church, and the son of Lacy McClure and the late John McClure.

He was married Feb. 14, 2000 to Tisha Tompkins McClure, who survives. In addition to his mother and wife, Mr. McClure is survived by sons Devin and Tyler McClure, daughters and son-in-law Victoria “Brooke” and A.J. Parker, Sierra “Alyson” Mattie McClure, and Ashley Stevens, grandchildren Mallory Grace Cantrell and Matthew Colt Grissom, brothers Kenneth McClure, Charlie McBride, and Sandy McBride, sister Wanda Christian, father-in-law and mother-in-law Randy and Brenda Wanamaker, sister-in-law and brother-in-law Kristy and T.J. Dodson, several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 4, at High’s Chapel with Dal Barrett and Randy Wanamaker officiating. Burial will follow at Center Hill Cemetery in Cannon County. Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Thursday and from 9 a.m. until the time of service Friday at High’s. Online condolences can be made at www.highfuneralhome.com.
