Ruth M. Dodd, 75, died Saturday, April 25, at River Park Hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Allie Meeks; brothers John K. Meeks Jr., Dick Meeks; sisters, Elsie Mae Mashburn.Survivors include her husband, Harvey Dodd of McMinnville; sons, Charles (Judy) Snider of Monteagle; Pernell (Tina) Snider of McMinnville; Teddy Dodd of McMinnville; daughters, Charlotte (Sissy) Dodd and Karen Dodd; special niece Sheila Nunley; 16 grandchildren; and 28 great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday in Foster & Lay Chapel with Jamie English officiating.
