Ruby Rowland Carver, 97, of Quebeck died Saturday, Jan. 23, at her residence in Quebeck. Mrs. Carver was born Feb. 14, 1918 in the Joppa community of Walling to the late Everett and Ida Shuster Rowland. She was a homemaker and a longtime member of Rock Island Presbyterian Church, where she was secretary of the church Women’s Club.
