Mrs. Ruby Louise Owen Jarrell, 89, of McMinnville died Saturday, June 29, at River Park Hospital. She was born April 6, 1924, in Lauderdale, Miss., was a homemaker, and a member of People of the Living God Church. Mrs. Jarrell was preceded in death by her parents, Alvin T. and Mary Ford Owen, her husband Edwin Franklin Jarrell, daughter Mary Elaine Jarrell, sisters Dell Hawman and Catherine Newell, and brother Wesley Owen.
