Roy Donald Owen, 99, of McMinnville died Sunday, March 23 at NHC Healthcare. Born Oct. 6, 1914, in Alexandria, he was a veteran of the U.S. Army during World War II, was part of the D-Day Invasion and fought in the Battle of the Bulge. He was a farmer and operated a seed cleaning business in the Bethany community, and was a member of First Baptist Church in McMinnville.
