Robert  Francis Cataldo, 80, of Bradyville died March 18 at the VA Medical Center in Murfreesboro.
Mr. Cataldo was a United States Air Force veteran serving during the Korea War and was a retired Machinist with the Michigan Rivet Corporation and McMinnville Tool & Die. He was preceded in death by his parents, the late Vincenzo and Edvige Aprea Cataldo; sister, Mary Hull; and brother, Lee Cataldo. He enjoyed bowling, square dancing, reading and crossword puzzles.
He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Mary A. Thompson Cataldo of Bradyville; sons, Richard (Pina) Cataldo and Larry Cataldo both of Taylor, Mich.; daughters, Janet (Bob) Campbell of Grass Lake, Mich., and Diane Mezo of Jackson, MI; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brother-in-laws, Bobby (Carrie) Thompson of Beersheba Springs, and  Jimmy (Pam) Thompson of Odessa, Fla.; special sister-in-law, Linda (Steve) Butler of Nashville; several nieces and nephews; and many friends.
Visitation was on Wednesday, March 21. The funeral service was Thursday morning, March 22 from the Chapel of Central Funeral Home with Revs. Lewis Johnson and Clayton Jones officiating. Burial followed at Hunerwadel Cemetery in Beersheba Springs with military honors.
