Ralph Edward Pease Sr., 75, a McMinnville resident and Grundy County native, was born Oct. 2, 1941 and died March 23 at his residence following an extended illness.He was a retired employee of B-R-C, a member of the Church of God, and son of the late Claudie and Ollene King Pease. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sons, Timmy and Jimmy Pease; grandson, Denver Pease; and brother J.P. Pease. Mr. Pease is survived by children and spouses, Eddie and Joann Pease, James and Elizabeth Pease, Ralph Pease Jr. and Rebecca and Fred Stepp, all of McMinnville; 13 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; five sisters, Catherine Hobbs, Frances Turner, Carolyn Sims, Hassie Dixon and Patricia Turner, all of McMinnville; two brothers Claude Pease and Faron Pease, both of McMinnville; and several nieces and nephews.Funeral service was held Saturday, March 25, at High’s Chapel with Ricky Hawkins officiating.
