Peggy Lynn Adcock, 64, of McMinnville passed from this life on Friday, Feb. 18, at her home.

Peggy was born Thursday, July 4, 1957 in McMinnville, the daughter of the late Clarence Womack and the late Lessie Pedigo Womack.

On Aug. 7, 1976 she married her high school sweetheart Jimmy Michael Adcock. Peggy was a wonderful wife and amazing Mom and Nana. She loved to yard sale and always knew where the deals were. She was her family’s Rock and will be truly missed.

Peggy is survived by her husband of 45 years, Jimmy Michael Adcock, two sons and future daughter-in-law Shaun Adcock and Patricia Harvey and Calan Adcock, six grandchildren Alyssa LeDuc, Cameron LeDuc, Tristian Adcock, Peyton Bond, Ayden Jase Adcock, Kypton Adcock, and MaKayla Harvey, two great-grandchildren Baylor LeDuc and Stella LeDuc, and many other family members and friends also survive.

In addition to her parents, Peggy was preceded in death by her son Coty Adcock.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. on Wednesday at Trinity Baptist Church, 1701 John Oliver, McMinnville. Interment will follow at Blues Hill Cemetery in McMinnville.

The family received friends Tuesday at Gardens of Memory Funeral Home, and again from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 23, at Trinity Baptist Church, 1701 John Oliver, McMinnville, Tennessee. Online condolences may be made at gardensofmemoryfuneralhome.com.
