Paul Bouldin, 96, a Spencer resident and Van Buren County native died July 7 at Raintree Manor following an extended illness.He was a retired employee of DeZurik Corp., member of the Church of Christ, and son of the late Montia P. and Halie Jane Clendenon Bouldin.Mr. Bouldin was married Oct. 7, 1939 to Virginia Curtis Bouldin, who preceded him in death Feb. 11, 1983. He was married Sept. 30, 1983 to Helen Grissom Bouldin, who died Aug. 30, 2008. In addition to his parents and wives, he was preceded in death by four sons-in-law, Thomas Shockley, Thomas Milstead, Jessie Barnes and Dennis Debord; three grandchildren, Dale Barnes, Steven Barnes and Mary Ann Barnes, four brothers, Imanuel, Sewell, J.C. and Roy Bouldin; and three sisters, Effie Bouldin, Opal Roberson and Ethel Bouldin.Mr. Bouldin is survived by children, Bill (Carolyn) Bouldin, Edna Milstead, Faye Bouldin, Dorothy Barnes, Paulette (Elmer) Boyd and Delane Debord, all of Spencer; 12 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; brother, Hershel (Freda) Bouldin of McMinnville; two sisters, Willie Mae (Charles) Cope and Clata Ruth King of Spencer.Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Thursday in High’s Chapel with William Shockley and Clarence May officiating.
