Paul Andrew Hayes, 53, died Monday, Nov. 11, at River Park Emergency Room.
He is survived by his wife, Evonne Smith Hayes of McMinnville; children Carolyn (Chris) Barton of McMinnville, Wallace Ray Barrett Jr. of Smithville, and Elizabeth (Billie) Austin of McMinnville; 10 grandchildren: Timothy, William and Dakota Hemby, Grace and Dillon Barrett, Vickie, Katie, Misty, Amber and Dalton Austin; siblings James (Patricia) Miles, Lou Lou Bishop and Billy Wayne Hayes of McMinnville; and aunt Lou (Roy) Gunter of McMinnville.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Norman Hayes Jr. and Mary Elizabeth Roach Hayes; granddaughter, Abigail Hemby and brother, Norman Stanton Hayes.
He was member of Blues Hill Church of Christ, a nursery worker and loved to fish.
Funeral service will be at the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home at 1  p.m. Friday. Interment will be at Wilson’s Chapel in Centertown with Rannie Phillips officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Woodbury Funeral Home to help the family with funeral expenses.
Woodbury Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
