Nettie Lucille Fletcher, 92, of Manchester died Saturday, July 23 at NHC Health Care in McMinnville.She was born Oct. 23, 1918 in Coffee County, the daughter of the late Alton Lee Scott and Mary Prater Scott. In 1937, she married John W. “Jay” Fletcher and together they had six children. After raising her family, in 1950 Mrs. Fletcher received her GED and became a devoted nurse who cared for many over the years.
