Mrs. Nadine Vanatta, 80, of McMinnville died Tuesday, April 8, at NHC Health Care Center in McMinnville.
She was born March 21, 1934, in Warren County, was retired as a secretary with Sanmina Corp in Huntsville, Ala., a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church in Huntsville, Ala. Mrs. Vanatta was preceded in death by her parents Staley and Gladys Jordan Robinson.
Survivors include her husband Wayne Vanatta; children Mike (Violet) Vanatta, Brenda (Sammy) Gheen, Mark (Chris) Vanatta, and Danielle Vanatta; sisters Carolyn (Trent) Carr, Elfreida (Hack) Cantrell, and Faye (John) Deeney; 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Funeral service is 2 p.m. Thursday at McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Paul Roberts will officiate. Entombment will follow at Gardens of Memory. The family will receive friends Thursday from noon until the time of service at 2 p.m. at the parlors of McMinnville Funeral Home. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
