McMinnville resident and Warren County native Milton W. Barnes, 67, was born Sept. 7, 1943 and died March 20 at White County Community Hospital in Sparta following an extended illness. He was the son of the late Livey Milton and Annie Lee Jones Barnes. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, L.V. Barnes, Raymond Barnes, and Billy Charles Barnes.
