Milton “Juicy” Parker, 84 of Woodbury, died May 12 at his home in the Pleasant View Community.Survivors include his brother, Grover (Mary) Parker of Woodbury; nieces and nephews, Houston (Martha) Parker, Brenda (Teddy) Rains, Denton Parker, Lynn Parker and Thomas Parker, all of Woodbury; Kenny Kirby of Georgia, Beverly Moorman of Virginia, Dale Parker of Brentwood; great nephews and niece, Brad Parker, Macy Scott and Luke Parker.He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas C. and Minnie Lee Powell Parker; siblings, Morgan, Ertle, Clatie and Clyde Parker, Estelle Parker Kirby and Bert Parker.A member of the Church of Christ where he was baptized by his Uncle Charlie Powell in 1943, he was a veteran of the Korean War where he served in the Army in the Medical Corp. Mr. Parker was farmer and retired from TDOT. He was a fiddle player and comedian. He played all across Middle Tennessee.Funeral services were held Tuesday at the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Herb Alsup and Charlie Bowman officiating.
