Mildred Lee Spicer, 77, of Rock Island, (Midway community) died Friday, Jan. 6 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville. She was born June 18, 1939, in Smith County and was a homemaker, dairy farmer, and a former member of Midway Home Demonstration Club. Mrs. Spicer was preceded in death by parents Bethel and Hazel Cowan Bush and sister-in-law Pat Spicer.
