Mavaneen Russell, 86, of McMinnville, died Friday, Aug. 12, at Raintree Manor Nursing Center in McMinnville. She was born Jan. 12, 1930, in DeKalb County, was a homemaker and a member of Mount Hope the Baptist Church. Mrs. Russell was preceded in death by her parents, Monroe and Emma Cantrell Redmon, and her brothers Clyde (Thelma) Redmon and Foster Redmon.
