Mary Frances Webb Rigsby, 93, of Rock Island died Monday, Jan. 25, at her home.She was born Tuesday, Aug. 29, 1922 and was the daughter of the late Willie and Nora Cantrell Webb.She is survived by her two sons, Glenn (Rachel) Rigsby of Allen Park, Mich., Orville Erskine (Nancy) Rigsby Jr. of Hartland, Mich.; seven daughters, Sonnie (Donnie) Earls of Rock Island, Nora (Leard) Mullican of Rock Island, Julie (Chuck) Kirksey of Chapel Hill, Carma Householder of Allen Park, Shannon (David) Slaughter of Rock Island, Connie (Bobby) Judkins of Rock Island, and Ann (Brad) Hawkins of Rock Island; 24 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren; sister Jo Grace Webb Lowery; sister-in-law Betty Jean Blankenship Webb; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Orville Erskine Rigsby, brother Felix Webb, and sister Geneva Webb Turner.The family will receive friends Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and again Thursday from 9 a.m. to noon. Funeral service will be Thursday at noon.
