McMinnville resident and Jackson County native Margie Sadler, 88, was born Feb. 29, 1928 and died Jan. 4 at her residence following an extended illness.A retired waitress at Stewart’s Pharmacy for 30 years and a member of Arlington Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Benton and Tenny Sutton Shoemake. She was married Aug. 2, 1946 to D.C. Sadler, who preceded her in death on Dec. 19, 2003. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by brother, Milburn Shoemake; and three sisters, Aline Whitaker, Jewel Brown and Jo Ann Proffitt.
