Margaret K. Austin, 84, of Cairo, W.Va., died Feb. 2 at her home. A longtime Warren County resident, she was born Nov. 27, 1930 in Washington D.C., the daughter of the late Richard R. and Ann C. Winslow and was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph E. Austin and son, William S. Austin.She was employed by Walmart for over 21 years. She taught horseback riding and helped operate an airport.
