Marcelle Walker Stubblefield, 91, of McMinnville (Irving College community) died Saturday, Oct. 8, at River Park Hospital. Born Aug. 24, 1920 in Warren County, she was a retired educator of 42 years in Warren County schools having taught at High Top School during her first teaching years and also at William Biles, Irving College, and at Gribble where she also served as principal and had the opportunity to work with exceptional children. She also served as a member of the Retired Teachers Association.
