Mack W. Mullican Sr., 84, of the Oak Grove community died Wednesday, Dec. 13, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville. He was a member of Sunny Hills Missionary Baptist Church where he served as the missionary director for many years, owned and operated Mullican Monument & Vault Company, was a foreign missionary, was the owner and operator of Crusaders for Christ Rescue Mission for several years, and a member of Center Hill Lodge No. 77 F&AM. He was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Peggy Ann Pomeroy Mullican, daughter Elaine Mullican, son Johnny Mullican, grandchildren Wesley Sullins and Christy Mullican, parents George A. and Nannie Valentine Cantrell Mullican, and brother George D. (Goog) Mullican.
