Lula Mae McCormick, 88

 Lula Mae McCormick, 88, a McMinnville resident and Warren County native died March 14 at her residence following an extended illness.
 She was a retired employee of Rockford Textile Company, member of Bluff Springs Church of Christ, and daughter of the late Donnie Edward and Samantha Emiline Mitchell Redmon.
 She was married to Remus McCormick, who preceded her in death Sept. 3, 1995. In addtion to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by son, David William McCormick; grandson, Greg Darnbush; brother, J.B. Redmon and sisters Velma Pauline McCormick and Evelyn Marie Wolf.
 Mrs. McCormick is survived by daughter, Ann Darnbush and son, Carl Edward McCormick, both of McMinnville; nine grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, six great-great-grandchildren and sister, Joy Virginia Stembridge of the Dibrell community.
 Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Monday in High’s Chapel with Richard Bowman and Teddy Jones officiating. Interment will follow at Webb Cemetery at Bluff Springs. Visitation will be 3 to 9 p.m. Sunday, and 10 a.m. Monday until time of service at High’s.
High Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
