Lota Jean Scott, 91, a McMinnville resident and Warren County native, was born June 5, 1926 and died May 23 at St. Thomas West Hospital following a sudden illness. She was a retired sales clerk with Stewarts, member of Central Church of Christ, and daughter of the late Tom and Jennie Braxton Argo. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sister Tommye Adams.
