Mrs. Leona Frances “Granny” Billings, 93, of McMinnville died Sunday, Aug. 26, at home surrounded by her family. She was born May 31, 1925, was a homemaker, and a member of Bratchers Crossroad Free Methodist Church. Mrs. Billings was preceded in death by her parents Rev. Frank Lee and Eula Elizabeth Bond Watson, husband of 58 years Cecil Earnest Billings, 11 brothers and four sisters.
