McMinnville resident and Knoxville native Lea Ethelwynn Buckner, 55, was born Jan. 15, 1957 and died Dec. 4 at River Park Hospital following an extended illness.A homemaker and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, she was the daughter of Ammon Oley Buckner of McMinnville, and the late Mildred Teeple Buckner.In addition to her father, she is survived by aunts, Polly Ann Smith and husband David of McMinnville and Nora Snow and husband Edgar of Knoxville; uncle, Phillip Buckner and wife Shirley of McMinnville; cousin, Jane Ann Loftis of McMinnville; special nieces and nephew, Zeb, Lila and Rebecca Loftis; and several other cousins also survive.Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. today at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints with Bishop Tim Hitchcock officiating. Burial will follow at Bethlehem Cemetery.
