McMinnville resident and Warren County native Ladye Jane Hunter, 79, was born March 18, 1937 and died Jan. 11 at her residence while taking a nap. She graduated from Central High School where she enjoyed playing basketball, cheerleading and drama class. She graduated from Tennessee Technological Institute and began teaching military cadets at the Baxter Military Academy in Baxter.
