McMinnville resident and Dallas, Texas native Kenneth Lee Hopkins, 28, died unexpectedly April 13 at his home.A pipeline construction line worker and a member of the Church of Christ, he was preceded in death by maternal grandfather, Arvil Ray Caldwell; and maternal grandmother, Laura Williams Caldwell and paternal grandparents, Roy and Emma Hopkins.He is survived by his mother, Delaina Asbell of McMinnville; father, James Dwight Hopkins of Nashville; twin brother, James Brian Hopkins of McMinnville; brothers, Lenny Ray Asbell of Georgia, Troy (Valerie) Hopkins of McMinnville; sister, Mechell Hopkins of McMinnville; several aunts, uncles, and a host of nieces and nephews.Services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at High’s Chapel with burial following at Friendship Cemetery.
